He's expected to be in the lineup on Tuesday in Seattle. Hamilton, who has been dealing with right knee tendinitis all season, felt the knee giving out on him on Friday and was taken out of the game in the seventh inning. He did not play Saturday and walked in a pinch hit appearance on Sunday before leaving for a pinch runner.
He got a shot in May and it helped calm the knee down for a few months. The hope is that this shot will do the same and keep him feeling good through the end of the season and into the postseason.
