Evander Holyfield and Ray Mercer are gonna party like it's 1995.

Holyfield, the former four-time heavyweight titleholder, and Mercer, the former longtime contender, first met in May 1995 in Atlantic City, N.J. Holyfield, who was coming off losing the heavyweight championship to Michael Moorer 13 months earlier, won a hard-fought 10-round decision against Mercer.

Now Holyfield (44-10-2, 29 KOs), who turns 50 in October but intends to continue his career, and the 51-year-old Mercer, who hasn't fought since 2008, are slated to fight again. But before you lose it, keep one thing in mind: It's only an exhibition.

They are slated to meet Feb. 13 in South Africa in a four-round exhibition as part of the Nelson Mandela Boxing Tribute night, Mercer's handlers announced.

"I am honored to be part of this celebration of Nelson Mandela and to be part of history," Mercer said in a statement. "I am beyond motivated for this one, and I can hardly believe it is happening. I will be representing Find A Dream and I think it is a great way to give the organization the international exposure it deserves. It truly is an awesome feeling."

Mercer (36-7, 26 KO), a 1988 Olympic gold medalist, works with the non-profit organization Find A Dream, a child outreach program based in South Carolina.
