EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Denver Broncos had several players evaluated for injuries following Sunday night's 43-8 loss in Super Bowl XLVIII to the Seattle Seahawks and will likely need additional exams after the team returns to Denver Monday.

Running back Knowshon Moreno (ribs) and linebacker Paris Lenon (ribs) were taken for X-rays immediately following the game. Guard Louis Vasquez also left the game in the fourth quarter and did not return because of a rib injury.

Moreno had been dealing with a rib injury coming into the game -- he left the AFC Championship Game win over the New England Patriots in the fourth quarter – and had been limited some over the last two weeks. Lenon looked like he took a helmet-to-helmet hit when he collided with Malik Jackson, but the teams trainers said it was a rib injury.
