Seven Lions starters limited in practice

October, 24, 2013
ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Tight end Brandon Pettigrew was the lone surprise on the Detroit Lions' injury report on Thursday as he was limited with a hamstring injury.

Otherwise, it was fairly status quo for the Lions.

Right tackle Corey Hilliard (knee) and wide receiver Nate Burleson (forearm) missed practice. Safety Louis Delmas (knee), defensive tackle Andre Fluellen (concussion), tackle Jason Fox (knee), wide receiver Calvin Johnson (knee), cornerback Rashean Mathis (groin), linebacker Ashlee Palmer (ankle) and tackle Riley Reiff (hamstring) were all limited in practice.

Better news for rookie running back Theo Riddick, who practiced fully for the second straight day.
