A supernatural Suh? Maybe

ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- When Ndamukong Suh was called for a defensive holding penalty Sunday against Philadelphia, it might have just meant he was otherworldly.

Suh
It was a call that others have described as phantom and was questionable to say the least. Suh, he just wondered how he did it.

"I don't think I can hold somebody and jump at the same time," Suh said. "So, I mean, I guess I am supernatural."

Suh was clearly joking about the call, although he said he doesn't let the varying penalties and other calls during a game bother him. He said he can't dwell on a singular play.

He also deflected all questions about whether it was a holding penalty, saying he is not a referee.

But the calls against him and Nick Fairley on Sunday? He just can't think much about them.

"I just can't pay attention to them because if I did, then my head would go crazy," Suh said. "It would just be a lot of stuff to worry about. But I've just got to go out there and play."

Suh has done that this season for the most part. He has committed seven penalties this year, but only three were 15-yard (or half the distance to the goal) penalties. He has also been productive this season with 42 tackles, 5.5 sacks, a safety and a forced fumble.
