Excitement does not even fully explain the feeling before the NCAA tournament. Everybody is anxious to start the biggest tournament in college basketball. We, as a team, wonder where we are going to play, what seed we think we're going to get and who we will play first.

These are the jitters we experience before the selection show. We all come together and know that this is for all the marbles.

Following the ACC tournament, Coach P (Joanne P. McCallie) gave us four days off since it was spring break at Duke. It was great to be able to get away from Durham and go back home to see family and friends. The time away has gotten us re-energized and ready to get started with the Big Dance.

Since returning, we have had some practices where we clean up and tighten any loose ends. There is no holding back. There is no time for regrets. Who we play, where we play and seeds are all irrelevant when we step on the court. It is all about faith in each other as we pursue a national championship. This is the moment we have been waiting for, and I can't wait to get things started!

Go Duke!
