Want more exercise? Time is on your side

Take advantage of the extra hour of natural sunlight with a little exercise.
Daylight Saving Time started this morning, and when the clocks spring forward, you get to take advantage of one extra hour of natural light. (The only U.S. states not to observe DST are Hawaii and Arizona). By now, 68 days into your New Year's resolution, your motivation may been dwindling, so use this extra hour to jumpstart your routine. Need an added benefit? A recent study by the National Sleep Foundation found that people who exercised during the day slept better.
