Laughter loaded with health benefits

No joke. Today is Humorous Day, a day dedicated to laughter and smiles -- two things that can promote health and well-being. Turns out we not only benefit from actually getting a joke but even more from laughing at it. Since laughter is casual and contagious, it encourages social interaction and triggers endorphin release, which increases pain resistance and produces a feel-good effect.
