In his words: Clint Coulter

By Andrew Drennen

Area Code Baseball, high school baseball, Clint Coulter
Clint Coulter played at the 2010 Area Code Baseball Games on the Washington Nationals. This year he will play for the Kansas City Royals.

Clint Coulter will suit up for the Kansas City Royals at the 2011 Area Code Baseball Games, which starts August 6. Last year, he played for the Washington Nationals and did quite well. He hails from Union (Camas, Wash.) and looks to make another solid impression in front of the scouts in attendance. This year there was a change for Coulter, as he stopped wrestling for his high school to focus on baseball. He even won a state championship in the sport.

As far as baseball goes, he is considered one of the best players in the state of Washington. BaseballNorthwest.com has him ranked as the No. 4 player in the Emerald State.

Here is his first blog post for the Area Code Baseball Games. He talks about his summer and what he hopes to get out of it.
