Solar midfielder commits to Wake Forest

Hayden Partain, a Class of 2013 prospect from Frisco, Texas, verbally committed to Wake Forest on Saturday, according to his high school coach.

Partain plays club soccer for Solar Chelsea in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. The midfielder has appeared in 13 matches with the under-17/18 Academy squad, starting eight times and scoring a pair of goals.

Partain has played high school soccer at Wakeland (Frisco, Texas), where he earned Newcomer of the Year in the 2009 season.

He is the second confirmed Class of 2013 commitment to Wake Forest, joining Rafael Fagundo of Virginia.
