Kevin Hady, who helped Chattahoochee (Johns Creek, Ga.) to a Class AAAA high school state title in the spring and is now the leading scorer for Georgia United, has verbally committed to Wofford, according to his family.
Hady scored 14 goals and was an important part of the Chattahoochee squad that went 19-3-1 and finished No. 29 in the POWERADE FAB 50 for spring soccer.
For the newly formed Georgia United club team in the US Soccer Development Academy, Hady has scored a team-high six goals while starting all 11 matches. Georgia United's under-17/18 team currently is tied for second place on points in the division.
Hady is the sixth confirmed commitment to Wofford, joining Connor Copeland, Connor Davis, Nestor Jaramillo, Joe Marshall and Will Puckett. Davis and Hady are club teammates.

* What surprised you the most about the recruiting process?: "Most of the coaches took their time to get to know me and my personality, as well as my skills. Chemistry is a key component to a successful team."
