Arizona school forfeits 164 sports contests

The Arizona Republic reported today that Aqua Fria (Avondale, Ariz.) is forfeiting 164 high school contests following an internal audit of winter and fall sports revealed more than 450 violations of Arizona Interscholastic Association guidelines. The school's soccer program was among the nine programs affected by the decision.
