Casey Cochran is pretty good. The Masuk senior is the top quarterback in Connecticut and the reigning Gatorade State Player of the Year, but he's not perfect. So we invited him to Bristol for a workout session with college analyst and former NFL quarterback Brock Huard as part of ESPN's "Year of the QB."
In part one, Huard breaks down game film with Cochran, and the former Washington star gives him some useful pointers on pocket presence, footwork and mental preparation — all the things that separate good QBs from great QBs. Huard and Cochran also worked on throwing mechanics, ran some passing drills and did some gym training.
