Kamehameha wins Hawaii Division I crown

Kawai Makue scored the only goal as Kamehameha won the Hawaii Division I state title 1-0 over Iolani in a battle of the state's top two programs Saturday. Kamehameha and Iolani are league rivals, and the fact these teams ended up in the state final secured the 11th straight year that an Interscholastic League of Honolulu member claimed the Hawaii title.
