Towson (Md.) junior chooses Michigan

Towson (Towson, Md.) junior Sara Beach has become the latest player to verbally commit to play lacrosse for the University of Michigan women's lacrosse program.

The defender and midfielder plays club lacrosse for Skywalkers.

Beach joins Indian Hills (Oakland, N.J.) attacker Natalie Carti, Annapolis (Annapolis, Md.) midfielder Madeline Dion, McDonogh (Owings Mills, Md.) goalie Allison Silber and St. Paul's (Brooklandville, Md.) attacker Amanda Sutor as players committed to the Wolverine inaugural recruiting class.

Michigan will begin Division I play during the 2013-2014 season.
