It was a wild weekend in Massachusetts, as half of the teams in the POWERADE Top 10 lost. The top three of Everett, Duxbury and BC High held on to their spots with fairly easy victories, but everything else was chaos. Xaverian jumps from No. 6 to No. 4 following losses by BB&N and Andover, and CMass juggernaut Auburn is now at No. 5 after winning its 40th consecutive game. The biggest climber, however, is Weymouth, which goes from unranked to No. 6 after beating Gloucester, 28-0.
  1. Everett (3-0) — Defeated St. John's Prep, 35-0 (last week: No. 1)
  2. Duxbury (3-0) — Defeated New Bedford, 42-19 (last week: No. 2)
  3. BC High (2-1) — Defeated Chelmsford, 35-14 (last week: No. 3)
