Three teams in the top 10 suffered losses this week but only two have fallen from the top of the leaderboard. Lowell and Muskegon fell to strong opponents (with Lowell losing to a ranked squad, Grand Rapids Christian) and were bumped by talented teams from Grand Ledge and Roosevelt. De La Salle, meanwhile, held a late lead against No. 2-ranked Detroit Catholic Central but couldn't hold on. The Pilots dropped to No. 7 in the rankings.
1. Harrison — defeated Southfield-Lathrup, 43-0 (last week: No. 1)
2. Detroit Catholic Central — defeated Warren De La Salle, 14-10 (last week: No. 2)
3. Canton — defeated Glenn, 63-13 (last week: No. 3)
