We’ve broken down the state’s top 20 players into four teams based on their talent, and included 50 other players who just missed the cut. Keep in mind, these selections are based on past accomplishments and projected on-court performance in addition to recruit rankings.

First team

G/F: Kyle Anderson, St. Anthony, 6-7/210, Senior
UCLA commit is ranked the nation's No. 5 player in ESPNU 100.

G/F: Quenton DeCosey, St. Joseph (Met.), 6-5/180, Senior
Versatile combo guard averaged 23.4 points last year for Falcons.

F: Mike Aaman, Raritan, 6-8/210, Senior
Averaged 17.4 points and 13.4 rebounds; committed to Wagner.

C: Blaise Mbargorba, The Peddie School, 6-11/210, Senior
Has become an excellent shot blocker during his three years in America.

C: Mike Tobey, Blair Academy, 7-0/230, Senior
Virginia pledge eager to get back on court after breaking wrist in May.

Second team

G: Melvin Johnson, St. Benedict's, 6-3/175, Senior
Capable shooter led Rice (N.Y.) to CHSAA AA title game last year.

G: Jaren Sina, Gill St. Bernard's, 6-2/175, Junior
Averaged 20.9 points and 6.6 assists; ranked No. 45 in ESPNU 60.

F: Tyler Roberson, Roselle Catholic, 6-7/195, Junior
Holds No. 27 spot among nation's juniors; excels on both ends of the floor.

F: Justin Sears, Plainfield, 6-7/185, Senior
Led school to second-ever Group 3, Section 2 championship last season.
