While the top teams held firm in this week's Pennsylvania rankings, a shakeup at the bottom paved way for some fresh teams to join the top 10 this week. The top six teams all won to hold onto their spots, including an impressive victory by Archbishop Wood over previous No. 10 St. Joseph's Prep in a rain-soaked affair, 42-7. Joining the ranks this week are Penn-Trafford, Cumberland Valley and Whitehall, all of which are still perfect on the season and have continued to win with dominant performances.

1. Pittsburgh Central Catholic — defeated Woodland Hills, 31-13 (last week: No. 1)
2. Archbishop Wood — defeated St. Joseph's Prep, 42-7 (last week: No. 2)
3. North Allegheny — defeated McDowell, 49-14 (last week: No. 3)
