Last week, a Texas state passing record was set, as Witchita Falls' Dylan Sheffield threw for 683 yards. This week, two players from one team took a double dip into the record books.

Fort Worth Southwest wideout Robbie Rhodes tied a national record and set a new state mark with eight touchdown catches. Rhodes' 394 receiving yards is also tops in the Texas record books.

Needless to say, Fort Worth Southwest quarterback Wesley Harris had a big night as well, throwing for 592 yards and a state record nine touchdowns.
