There's nothing like a breakthrough PR to make you reassess who you are and what you can become.
Christopher Staton, a junior from Franklin (Somerset, N.J.) had one of those kinds of moments on Saturday at the Skyland Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships a Lehigh University.
Staton PR'd by nearly four feet, breaking the conference record in the process. His mark of 62-9.50 is one of the best in the country so far this year and is Dyestat's Throw of the Week for Jan. 23-29.
According to the Courier News of central New Jersey, Staton broke the conference record by more than seven feet.
