Hylton entered our POWERADE Greater D.C. Football Rankings this week on the strength of its defense, which has yielded a measly 34 points during the team's 4-0 start.
Leading the charge for the unit is junior E.J. Levenberry, who has had a major impact in his first season at Hylton after transferring from DeMatha. The ESPNHS All-Area selection has been a tackling machine for the Bulldogs and recorded his second pick six of the season in last week's 44-0 win against Forest Park. The 6-foot-2, 230-pound OLB was one of several Greater D.C. standouts recently named to the ESPNU 150 Watch List.
Recruiters have certainly taken notice of his talents. Levenberry will visit Florida State on Oct. 22, and he also has interest from defending national champ Auburn, Florida, Tennesse and Oklahoma.
