No. 7 Eleanor Roosevelt (9-0) at Sutland (9-0) — Saturday, 2:30 p.m.
This contest will settle the top seed for the 4A South Region playoffs. Roosevelt swept the series last season, winning in Week 10 then bouncing Suitland from the playoffs with a 20-14 victory two weeks later. The Rams are out for revenge and will look to QB Nyema Washington (County-best 1,574 yards and 13 TDs) to lead the way. He forms a nice 1-2 combo with senior RB Anthony Squire, who has found the end zone 15 times. Roosevelt counters with its own duo of QB Shawn Petty and WR Tyrone Temoney. Petty has accrued nearly 1,500 total yards and 12 scores, while Temoney is his main target with 19 catches and six TD grabs.
No. 10 Bullis (8-1) Episcopal (3-4)
Senior RB Kevin Jones hopes to power the Bulldogs to their first IAC crown with a win tonight.
Gonzaga (6-3) at St. John's (4-4) — Saturday
The Eagles could lock up second place in the WCAC tourney with a win over the Cadets.
Oakton (8-1) at No. 4 Centreville (8-1)
Centreville looks to capture a two seed in the Division 6 Northern Region tourney, while Oakton hopes to head into the postseason with some momentum.
