RTC: Arian Foster likes Texans' changes

Reading the coverage of the Houston Texans...

Arian Foster spoke with HOT Hits 95.7's Sarah Pepper during the grand opening of another Top Golf location in Houston. When she said the Texans could win the Super Bowl this year, Foster said he felt that way, too, per this story on SportsRadio 610's website. “I feel like (The Texans can win the Super Bowl) as well,” Foster said. “You work so hard during the offseason you feel like there’s nobody working as hard as you. I feel like that is the mentality you have to have and hopefully this year is the year. I’m going to try as hard as I can to make sure it is.”

CSNHouston.com's Dave Zangaro took this informational look at where the Texans are making each of their 11 draft picks this year and what teams have done with those picks in the past. In the later rounds, you'll see a number of players who wound up with other teams.

Another former Texans player found a home on Tuesday. Receiver Lestar Jean signed with the Minnesota Vikings, writes Matt Vensel of the Star-Tribune. Jean was with the Texans for three seasons after being signed as an undrafted free agent in 2011. "Jean, who is listed at 6-foot-3, presumably will compete for a roster spot then potentially snaps behind Cordarrelle Patterson, Greg Jennings, Jarius Wright and Jerome Simpson," Vensel writes. "The Vikings also have wide receivers Rodney Smith, Adam Thielen and Kamar Jorden on the roster and could add another at some point during next month’s NFL draft, which is considered to have a deep class of wide receivers."
