Reading the coverage of the Houston Texans...
Today, we catch up on everybody's thoughts on the Andre Johnson situation. The longest-tenured Texan presented a check for $30,000 to the Houston Area Women's Center and then revealed that he's wondering if he wants to remain with the Texans.
• Starting with Sean Pendergast of the Houston Press, who takes a look at some options for trading Johnson. Presuming of course that it is time to move on. His best fit? Cleveland. Though I'm not convinced that's not just so he can unite Johnson and Johnny Manziel.
• Brian T. Smith of the Houston Chronicle addresses the last time Johnson missed organized team activities, in 2010 when he was looking for a new contract. Johnson said yesterday he hasn't gone to anyone about his contract or asked for a trade, he's just thinking things over currently.
• Here is CSN Houston's James Palmer's on camera report about Johnson's situation.
• Mark Berman of Houston's FOX 26, asked Johnson the question about whether or not he planned to be at OTAs or the Texans' mandatory minicamp. Here's Berman's story and report on the day's events.
