INDIANAPOLIS -- The biggest question mark for the Indianapolis Colts after veteran receiver Reggie Wayne went down with a torn ACL in the fourth quarter of their Week 7 victory over the Denver Broncos was: Who is going to step up to help T.Y. Hilton at the other receiver spot?
It seemed like Hilton and quarterback Andrew Luck wouldn’t have much help at receiver at times.
Here's play No. 9 in the top 10 plays or key moments in the season: Receiver LaVon Brazill flexes his muscles against Cincinnati in Week 14.
There was some hope against the Bengals -- six games after Wayne went down – when Da'Rick Rogers had six catches for 107 yards and Brazill had four catches for 53 yards and two touchdowns.
The play of the game -- not counting referee Jeff Triplette’s bad decision to reverse a fourth-and-goal stand by the Colts -- was when Brazill had a 19-yard catch-and-run touchdown where he broke six Bengals' tackle.
That’s not an error.
Brazill, who was suspended the first four games of the season for failing the league’s drug policy, broke six tackles on his way to the end zone.
Brazill also had a two-touchdown game against the New England Patriots in their AFC divisional playoff loss.
