The Colts signed undrafted free agent linebacker Henoc Muamba on Thursday. Muamba spent the past three years playing for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He's got 171 tackles, four sacks, an interception and a fumble recovery for a touchdown in his career.
Freeman spent three season playing for the Saskatchewan Roughriders before being signed by the Colts in January 2012. He's responded by leading the Colts in tackles in each of the past two seasons. Freeman had 203 tackles in 2012 and 126 tackles last season.
Grigson also plucked linebacker Caesar Rayford out the CFL last year. He was the Colts' most effective pass-rusher in the preseason, leading them with five sacks to go with two forced fumbles. Rayford was traded to the Dallas Cowboys in early September.
The Colts hope Muamba will be another one of their CFL finds who is able to contribute.
