JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew gets pretty animated when he talks.

On Sunday he’ll be talking when he’s animated.

Jones-Drew will voice himself as an animated character in the animated series "NFL RUSH ZONE: Season of the Guardians" on Nicktoons. In the show, Jones-Drew joins six youth heroes -- called the Guardians -- as they defend the world from evil and protect the "Megacore" of each NFL team from getting into the wrong hands.

According to a release, the Guardians team up with Jones-Drew in London to defeat the villain known as Wild Card.

The show is co-produced by the NFL and Nickelodeon and is based on NFL RUSH ZONE, which is the NFL’s online site for children.
