Analysis: Babin and Branch played a season low in snaps. Branch was on the field for less than half the snaps he played against San Diego. One reason was the 49ers’ game plan to run the ball with Frank Gore, Kendall Hunter and Colin Kaepernick. San Francisco ran the ball 38 times and threw it only 17. ... That is also the main reason Marks was on the field for all but five snaps and Miller played 46 snaps while defensive back Mike Harris played only seven after not playing fewer than 21 in any other game this season. ... Lotulelei made his Jaguars debut. The team claimed him off waivers from Seattle on Oct. 3. ... Posluszny and Cyprien are the only two defensive players who have been on the field for every play this season. ... Mincey (concussion) returned to action for the first time in four games.
