JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jaguars middle linebacker Paul Posluszny has been cleared to return to practice but the team plans on being careful with him this week to ensure that he will be available for Sunday’s game at Houston.

Posluszny missed Sunday’s 27-14 loss to Arizona because of a concussion he suffered during the final minutes of the Jaguars’ 29-27 victory over Tennessee on Nov. 10.

"We still have to manage him and he might see some limited reps, limited contact [in practice this week]," coach Gus Bradley said.

Posluszny is the Jaguars’ leading tackler (88) and has two interceptions, eight pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

Here’s the rest of the Jaguars’ injury report from Monday:

Cornerback Will Blackmon suffered a sprained AC joint in his shoulder. Bradley said the team will closely monitor his status on Wednesday and Thursday.

Receiver Mike Brown also suffered an AC joint sprain. Bradley said he’s not as optimistic about Brown’s chances of playing Sunday as he is about Blackmon.

Linebacker Geno Hayes suffered a knee injury that could linger throughout the rest of the season, but Bradley said he should be able to play against Houston on Sunday.

Cornerback Dwayne Gratz suffered a hamstring strain and will be limited this week but should able to play against Houston.

Safety Josh Evans (thumb) and defensive tackle Roy Miller (shoulder) will be fine, Bradley said.

Guard Will Rackley (concussion) and receiver Stephen Burton (concussion) have not been cleared to return to practice.
