RTC: Season summed up in loss
By Michael DiRocco
ST. LOUIS -- The Jacksonville Jaguars' struggles through the first five games of the season can pretty much be summed up by two plays during the first quarter of their 34-20 loss to the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.
Left tackle Luke Joeckel suffered a season-ending high-ankle fracture after getting his right leg caught underneath him when several players rolled into him. Quarterback Blaine Gabbert threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown on the next play. That, Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union writes, is the Jaguars' 2013 season.
"We just have to find a way to stack good things on top of each other," Jaguars coach Gus Bradley said.
