A look at how some of UCLA's Olympic sports teams fared this weekend:

Women's Golf: UCLA's 106th championship may be on its way, as the top-ranked women's golf team qualified for the national tournament over the weekend. The Bruins advanced with a second-place finish at the West Regional at Stanford, recording a 54-hole team score of 885 (+33) and finishing nine shots behind first-place Arizona 876 (+24). The national championship tournament begins on May 18 at the Country Club of Landfall in Wilmington, N.C.

Softball: UCLA was one out away from being no-hit on Saturday, but B.B. Bates hit a walk-off three-run blast to hand the No. 5-ranked Bruins a 3-1 win over No. 13 California. UCLA (38-10, 12-6 Pac-10) had won 11 in a row before losing the series finale Sunday. The streak could have been snapped a day earlier when Cal's Jolene Henderson carried a no-hitter into the last frame. Julie Burney broke through with two-out double before Kaila Shull walked to bring up Bates, who mashed a three-run homer to seal it. A big series at Arizona awaits UCLA next weekend.

Baseball: Sophomores Trevor Bauer (7-3, 3.01 ERA) and Gerrit Cole (7-2, 2.79 ERA) were named to the revised watch list for the 2010 Pitcher of the Year award by the College Baseball Foundation on Saturday. Cole leads the Pac-10 Conference with 104 strikeouts, Bauer is right behind him with 98. The winner will be announced on July 2 as part of the College Baseball Awards show in Lubbock, Texas.

Track: Distance runner Cory Primm won the 800m event at the Occidental Invitational with a time of 1:46.63 Saturday -- the fastest mark in the NCAA this season and the second-fastest in UCLA history.
