The Angels appear to have completed the overhaul of their front office that began about a year ago and accelerated with the dismissal of general manager Tony Reagins earlier this fall.

In the past 24 hours, the Angels have announced the hiring of former manager Marcel Lachemann as a special assistant to GM Jerry Dipoto; the acquisition of scouts Larry Corrigan and Tim Schmidt; and that stats specialist Justin Hollander would remain with the team.

Hollander is one of the few holdouts from the previous regime. He's been promoted to director of baseball operations, the team said Wednesday.

No word yet on former GM Bill Stoneman, who, as a special consultant, helped search for Reagins' successor.
