Keeping the wraps on Weaver

ANAHEIM -- If you bought a ticket for Wednesday night's game hoping to see Jered Weaver pitch his second no-hitter at Angel Stadium this season, you're probably going to be disappointed.

With Weaver just coming off the disabled list for a strained lower back, Manager Mike Scioscia said his outing will be capped at 85 pitches against the San Francisco Giants.

"I think he could probably go a little longer tonight, but you're worried about the bounce-back and where you go from there," Scioscia said. "We'll just take it one step at a time."

Jerome Williams was put on the disabled list Wednesday after experiencing difficulty breathing two days ago, so the Angels' rotation for the upcoming Dodgers series will be Dan Haren on Friday, Ervin Santana on Saturday and Garrett Richards on Sunday, Scioscia said.

Here are lineups for Wednesday's game, with the Angels facing Giants right-hander Ryan Vogelsong, who was briefly in the Angels' organization in 2010:
