Clayton Kershaw told ESPN’s Karl Ravech his sore hip is a thing of the past and he’s looking forward to teaming with Zack Greinke in what could be a dominant Dodgers rotation this season during a sit-down interview on SportsCenter.

“Getting Zack is going to be huge for us,” Kershaw said. “Just the track record he has and starting pitching is big, obviously. I like where we’re at. The way we finished the last two weeks of the season, I’m looking forward to it.”

Other topics covered: Kershaw’s off-season work with his wife at a Zambian orphanage and the fact that a great uncle of his discovered the erstwhile planet, Pluto. Seriously.

“I don’t know the process,” Kershaw said.
