Joc Pederson will miss around 10 days
By Mark Saxon
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Outfielder Joc Pederson sustained a mildly separated right shoulder while diving for a fly ball Tuesday night in Iowa and is likely will miss at least 10 minor-league games, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced.
Pederson was rated as the Dodgers' No. 3 prospect by ESPN's Keith Law coming into the season and he ranks second in the Pacific Coast League with a 1.005 OPS.
The Dodgers released the findings of an MRI exam and said a doctor in Albuquerque confirmed the diagnosis of a Grade 1 A.C. joint separation.
