LA North: Alemany has triple threat planned for Oaks Christian
September, 1, 2010
Alemany coach Dean Herrington is planning on using three running backs against Oaks Christian in his team's season opener Friday night.
Saladin McCullough is one of those three running backs. He had 26 carries for 181 yards and three touchdowns as a junior.
Senior Kyron Defour and junior Cameron Washington will also get their share of carries against Oaks Christian. Oaks Christian beat Alemany, 28-17, in the season opener for both teams last year.
"I like my team," Herrington said. "We have a good chance. It's going to be interesting. It should be a good game."
