By Tim Haddock

Senior running back Ishmael Adams, the team's leading rusher and starting cornerback, will miss at least two weeks with an ankle injury, according to a report in the Daily News.

Adams has rushed for 414 yards and scored five touchdowns in six games. He has also caught eight passes for 162 yards and a touchdown.

Oaks Christian coach Bill Redell told the Daily News that Adams stepped in a sprinkler hole.
