Manchester United at Liverpool

Every team in Serie A has three or more losses except unbeatn Juventus, which nonetheless is clinging to a one-point lead on AC Milan. Udinese is third, three points back. Replay: 8 p.m.

Spanish La Liga

The Aguilas have won just once in their first three Clausura games, but they haven't lost and they sit sixth in the standings, a real improvement after the Apertura debacle. San Luis is one spot (and one point) higher after wins over Pumas UNAM and Estudiantes Tecos.

The Bolts' bid for a playoff berth is going to require something special the rest of the way, and a victory over the worst team in the PASL Pro is only a start.


Aston Villa at Arsenal

Galaxy forward Robbie Keane has quickly made a huge impact for the Villans, scoring twice in his first start for the club in last week's league win over Wolves. Beating the Gunners in a fourth-rounder at the Emirates won't be easy. Replay: FSC, 8 p.m.
Middlesbrough at Sunderland, Fox Soccer Plus, 5:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Guadalajara at Pumas UNAM
Univision (KMEX/Channel 34), 10 a.m.
Chivas posted the best regular-season record during the fall Apertura, but its been nothing but failure since. A first-round exit in the playoffs, and now the Goats are facing an 0-4 start if they fall to the defending Clausura champs.
Santos Laguna at Club Tijuana, Azteca America (KAZA/Channel 54), 11:55 a.m.
Brazilian Campeonato Paulista
Limense at Corinthians, GolTV, 11 a.m.

Sevilla at Malaga
GolTV, 1 p.m.
Both clubs are hovering around .500, far, far off the pace Real Madrid has set, but Europe remains in their sights. Ninth-place Sevilla is just one point outside a Europa League berth, and 10th-place Malaga is another point back. Replay: Midnight.

The real work is done: The U.S. and Canada have claimed CONCACAF's berths for the women's soccer competition at next summer's London Games. But a sixth straight shutout would provide a perfect finish for the Yanks.
