The biggest day on the English sporting calendar: Soccer's oldest competition is renewed at Wembley, with London's Chelsea -- winner of three of the past five trophies. Replay: FSC, 5 p.m.

Real Madrid clinched the league title Wednesday, so the real intrigue is about European berths for next season. Malaga is in fourth place, which is rewarded with a Champions League qualifying spot, and it's three points clear with two games to go. Atletico is sixth, which leads to the Europa League, and there are five teams battling for two berths.

Juan Agudelo and Jan Gunnar Solli figure to return from injury for the Red Bulls.

USL PREMIER DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE
L.A. Misioneros at Ventura County Fusion
Ventura College, 7 p.m.
The Misioneros, coming off two losses to defending Southwest Division champion Fresno, need just one win to match last year's total, but with some of the talent they've amassed, just one isn't going to do it. The Fusion, always a title contender, open their PDL campaign.

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE
Manchester City at Newcastle United

Last week's dramatic victory over archrival Man United gave City command, sort of, in the EPL title race. The Blues are ahead on goal difference with two games left, but if they can't overcome The Toon at St. James' Park, United likely swoops in for the trophy. Replay: Fox Deportes, 2 p.m.

The Rapids awoke from a little slumber with three late goals against Chivas last week. FC Dallas has drawn its last two games, with Brek Shea converting penalty kicks for the Hoops' lone goals in each. This one is vital in what's expected to be a tight Western race for playoff berths.

MEXICAN PRIMERA DIVISION
UANL Tigres at Morelia
Azteca America (KAZA/Channel 54), 5:55 p.m.
Hector Mancilla
's 22nd-minute goal gave the Apertura champs a 1-0 home win in the first leg. If they can hold on in Michoacan, Tigres heads to the semifinals.
