One UCLA basketball team is still alive in the Pac-10 Conference Tournament.

A much-anticipated matchup between the UCLA and USC women's basketball teams will be on display tonight after both emerged victorious in the quarterfinals at the Galen Center on Friday night.

No. 2 seed UCLA beat No. 10 Oregon State 60-44 to schedule a date with crosstown rival No. 3 USC, which defeated No. 6 Oregon 80-76.

There's some history here.

As you may recall, USC coach Michael Cooper had some strong words for UCLA following his team's win in mid-January. UCLA coach Nikki Caldwell handled the situation well and her team responded with a dominant victory before a large crowd at Pauley Pavilion a month later.
