UCLA maintains defensive pressure

By Blair Angulo

No. 8 seeded UCLA has not scored in nearly five minutes, but still holds on to a 15-11 lead against No. 1 seeded Nebraska.

Freshman forward Markel Walker tweaked her ankle but was back on the floor after receiving treatment. She has six points.

When she was out, Bruins players settled for long-range jump shots and have cooled down a bit after the torrid start.

Nebraska, meanwhile, has had a tough time feeding the ball inside to All-American candidate Kelsey Griffin, who averages over 20 points per game. She has missed four of her first five attempts.
