Technical foul: too many players on the floor
By Blair Angulo
UCLA's offense has gone completely cold -- so much so that the Bruins tried the old six-on-five play.
The officials weren't buying it.
No. 8-seeded UCLA was called for a technical foul after six blue jerseys were spotted on the floor at the same time coming out of a timeout. Despite the mental mistake, the Bruins still lead No. 1 -eeded Nebraska 23-21 with just over five minutes left in the first half.
The Bruins have seven offensive rebounds and are outrebounding the Cornhuskers 14-8. The early nine-point lead is gone, but you can't knock the effort.
