The 6-foot-1 Lucien ranked third on the Bruins last season with 29 receptions for 225 yards and two touchdowns. In three seasons of action, he caught 58 passes for 752 yards with four scores.
Lucien will boost a position of need for the Sun Devils.
Arizona State must replace leading receiver Jaelen Strong, an early entrant into the NFL draft, and it lost No. 3 receiver Cameron Smith to a season-ending knee injury this spring. The Sun Devils' top returning receiver is D.J. Foster, who caught 62 passes last fall, but he is a converted running back.
To complete his transfer and be eligible to play this fall, Lucien must graduate in June from UCLA.
