It will be easy for the Miami Dolphins to wash their hands of embattled offensive linemen Richie Incognito and John Jerry following last week’s harassment details in the Ted Wells report. Both players are unrestricted free agents in March, and the Dolphins can simply move on without them and leave discipline up to the NFL.

But Miami Pro Bowl center Mike Pouncey's situation is much more complex for the Dolphins. He's still under contract and is one of Miami's top players. The Wells report found Pouncey was a participant in the harassment of teammate Jonathan Martin and former teammate Andrew McDonald. Pouncey also took part in racially insensitive activity towards an Asian assistant trainer, according to the report.

Pouncey was not the ringleader – that was Incognito -- but he was a part of Miami’s sordid locker room culture. Therefore, here is our latest poll question: What should the Dolphins and NFL do with Pouncey?

Will Pouncey get fined? This is the equivalent of a slap on the wrist by the NFL. What about a suspension? It could be minor (1-4 games) or significant (5 or more). Pouncey also could walk away with no punishment by the Dolphins and the NFL.
