Projecting Dolphins' Week 4 inactives
By James Walker
The Miami Dolphins (3-0) will face the New Orleans Saints (3-0) in a battle of undefeated teams on “Monday Night Football.”
Here are the Dolphins you may not see in the game:
CB Dimitri Patterson: The Dolphins starting cornerback hasn’t practiced all week and missed the past two games with a groin injury. Miami ruled him out.
DT Paul Soliai: He’s made good progress this week from his knee injury. Soliai sounds optimistic, but he may need another week. He's listed as questionable.
QB Pat Devlin: Miami’s No. 3 and emergency quarterback hasn’t been active all season.
LB Josh Kaddu: As one of the last players on the roster, Kaddu hasn’t contributed on defense or special teams.
G Danny Watkins: Miami signed Watkins late and he’s still learning the system. It will be a while before Watkins gets up to speed.
G Dallas Thomas: Miami’s third-round pick is raw and still doesn’t have the trust of the coaching staff.
Wild card: Miami Pro Bowl defensive end Cameron Wake (knee) is listed as questionable with a knee sprain but practiced on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Wake may get a chance to contribute in some capacity, but he will be a game-time decision. If Wake plays, third-string tailback Mike Gillislee could be the final inactive.
