Miami morning take: Reaction Monday
By James Walker
Here are the most interesting Miami Dolphins stories on "Reaction Monday" from around the web:
Morning take: Tannehill hit seven different receivers and threw for the second-most yards of his career. This was as good a passing day as Tannehill’s had this year.
- Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill had 331 passing yards in a 23-3 victory against the New York Jets, from the Palm Beach Post.
Morning take: Eight of Miami’s first 11 games came down to the fourth quarter. Victories don’t come easy in the NFL, especially for the Dolphins. So this was a good respite for Miami.
Morning take: It was the kind of rivalry game that was a win-win for Miami. The Dolphins stayed alive in the playoff chase, while also ending New York’s playoff chances and adding a quarterback controversy.
Morning take: Clay had seven receptions for 80 yards and took advantage of one-on-one coverage. Clay is quietly having a solid season.
