"It's a great opportunity for us to make a difference," said Little Big Town singer Jimi Westbrook, who has hosted this event the past six years. "And we really believe in this organization. We know exactly where the money is going."
The motorcycle ride has raised more than $260,000 for the foundation, which is the music industry's largest organization that funds medical research on finding cures for leukemia, cancer and AIDS.
Little Big Town, Lauren Alaina, Love and Theft and Dean Alexander will perform after the ride.
Over the past three years, more than 2,500 motorcycle riders have participated and 2,000 people have attended the jam concert.
For Westbrook, he and the band love hitting the road on their bikes.
"We don't get to do it as much as we'd like. But we love hitting the backroads and cruising around," Westbrook said. "It's a way to check out the beautiful scenery and clear your mind."
