Rookie Jonas Valanciunas has looked like a grizzled veteran in recent weeks. He has scored in double figures in all but one of his past 14 games and at least 18 points six times in his past nine games. He has double-doubled three times in his past four games and blocked 13 shots over that stretch. And on Wednesday, he had his first 20-10 game as a pro (24 points, 10 boards). In fact, his offensive game has reached the point where coach Dwane Casey has started running plays for the rookie, according to Eric Koreen of the National Post.
