The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame announced its 2009 National Scholar-Athlete class, who will vie as the finalists for the William V. Campbell Trophy. The finalists were selected from a nationwide pool of 154 semifinalists among all NCAA divisions and the NAIA and each of the 16 finalists will be awarded $18,000 postgraduate scholarships.
